Taking inspiration from the $100 bill introduced from the Federal Reserve in 2013, and in collaboration with Concepts, the New Balance 998 Concepts C-Note feature a multi-colour upper consisting of mesh, and suede. New Balance branding can be found on the tongue and quarter panelling. Additional details include a sail and blue ABZORB midsole, and a brown rubber outsole.
