  • Our retail flagship is located at 273 Queen Street West in Toronto, Canada.

    Although we are a pet friendly & disability accessible environment, we ask that all customers to refrain from bringing open food & beverage containers.

  • All products are guaranteed 100% authentic & brand new - with original packaging & accompanying accessories, unless stated otherwise.

    Customers can buy with confidence as every item is thoroughly inspected and authenticated by the OD team. Although quality control is routinely maintained throughout our inventory, archival items may be subject to discolouration, glittering, oxidation, yellowing and/or other natural defects beyond our control.

  • In a competitive market, we strive to price our items fairly based on its market value, consignor pricing, and other internal factors. Prices may fluctuate due to market trends - unfortunately we do not allow price adjustments once a transaction has been completed.

  • Our real-time system ensures that our online & in-store product inventory are always up-to-date 24/7. We receive new products every day - however some products may be in-store only due to its exclusivity.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer any authentication, legit checks, or cleaning services at the moment.

  • Feel free to ask any of our sales associates for sizing assistance - certain products may be excluded from trying on due to its delicate nature. We ask that all customers wear proper attire for try-ons as we strive to maintain the condition and cleanliness with all our products.

ORDERS

  • All items are strictly FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges allowed under any circumstances.

    Although our team screens all incoming items and routinely maintains our inventory, OD is not responsible for any quality control defects and/or damage caused by wear.

  • SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS for order fulfillment. Any information discrepancies will automatically cancel the order and incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada and subject to 1 - 2 business days for processing. All orders are shipped with worldwide shipment tracking & signature confirmation via our shipping carrier partners Canada Post & United Parcel Service. Please allow 1-2 business days for standard order processing, and up to 5 business days during sales and the holiday season. Tracking will be sent via email and can be tracked on Canada Post or UPS websites.

    Once a shipment departs from our facility, OD is not liable for any damage/loss/theft as the shipping courier will be responsible for the secure delivery of your package.

  • We ship worldwide to most major countries.

    Any international duties, customs and taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

  • Selecting the 'In-store Pickup' option at checkout allows customers to pay online for a product and pick it up at our retail location, free of charge. In-Store Pickup orders are usually ready within the same business day but may take up to 48 hours depending on item availability. Once the order is ready for pickup, an automated email notification will be sent with instructions to pick up your order.

    Upon arrival, customers must present email confirmation and government issued photo I.D. to verify identity (must match name on order - pickup cannot be completed by another person).

  • Unfortunately we do not offer any holds, reservations, or pre-orders at the moment.

  • All orders are subject to manual review for pricing errors, inventory issues, fraud prevention, etc. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified via email with a specified reason. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your original payment method.

    A 15% restocking fee may be applied to order cancellations with captured payments. Please note that we have a zero tolerance policy for any forms of fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our sole discretion.

SELLING

  • OD currently offers an exclusive selling/consignment program for the latest & rarest footwear, apparel, and collectibles. For more information, please click here.

  • Our '80/20' consignment program provides 80% compensation to the consignor under our 20% consignment rate.

    Consignors have the option to select their preferred listing price or the suggested price recommended from our team. All items will be handled with care and subject to be photographed for marketing purposes and displayed at our retail location. Consigned items are required to be held for a minimum of 30 days before request for removal - a 15% early termination fee may be charged for removal before the 30 day minimum.

    Once a consigned item is sold, the consignor will be notified and paid via INTERAC e-Transfer - please allow 3 to 5 business days for payouts to be delivered.

  • We may be able to offerin-store credit for certain trade-in products, transactions may vary on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details.
