DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES?

All of our products are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We currently accept all major credit card providers via PayPal Checkout. Our flagship location accepts cash, credit, and debit cards.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC/BRAND NEW?

All of our products are guaranteed 100% authentic & brand new, with original packaging and accessories. Buy with confidence as all our items are thoroughly inspected and legit checked by our team. Although we utilize extreme care & maintenance with our inventory, older items may be subject to discolouration, glittering, oxidation, yellowing and/or other natural defects beyond our control.

DO YOU OFFER LEGIT CHECKS?

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?

Customers have the option to select paid shipping or free in-store pickup as a delivery method during checkout. 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

OD reserves the right to cancel an order at the company's sole discretion. All orders are subject to review for inventory confirmation, fraud prevention, website errors, etc. If your order is cancelled, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

Due to COVID-19 service disruptions, we currently only ship within North America. If you have any special requests, please email us at info@odto.ca

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email along with a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY? 

To ensure your order arrive safely, all shipping methods include delivery & signature confirmation. Upon delivery, you must provide a matching ID and signature to retrieve your package from the shipping courier.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?
 
Depending on your shipping location, you may be required to pay additional duties and taxes - unfortunately this is beyond our control.
